A woven-tube reinforced PVDF fiber rated above 100–160 N tensile strength — built for fatigue, fouling stress, and pressure fluctuations.
Chemical Tolerance
Cleans across the full pH 1–14 range with sodium hypochlorite exposure up to 5000 ppm on the PVDF platforms — the ceramic platform carries no defined limit on cleaning pH or NaOCl.
High Performance
Permeability up to 900 lmh/bar on the UF platform (Approx. 100–200% higher), 900 lmh/bar on MBR (Approx. 100–200% higher), and a pure water flux above 1500 lmh on ceramic — with air-hold integrity pressure above 2 bar on the PVDF fiber.
